Includes bleach, grass, markers, cosmetics, grease, mud, crayons, ink, oil, glue, lotion, and tar.
Food & Beverage Stains
Includes cheese sauce, juice, pizza, chocolate, ketchup, popcorn, gum, mayonnaise, soda, ice cream, mustard, and wine.
Human & Pet Biological Stains
On rugs, fabric, leather, vinyl, and wood. Includes blood, urine, saliva, and vomit. Accumulation of stains, soil build-up over time, perspiration, hair and body oils are not covered by this plan.
Accidental Damage - Wood & Hard Surfaces
Includes breakage, gouging, bubbling, heat marks, cigarette burns, liquid marks, checking of finish, chips, peeling, cracking, scratches, and pet teeth marks.
Accidental Damage - Fabric, Leather**, & Vinyl
Includes cigarette burns, punctures, separated seams, cuts, broken mechanisms, rips/tears, claw tears, and broken frames.
